Bajaj's Iconic scooter Chetak, will be reloaded in India after 12 years

In India, Bajaj Chetak was ruled continuously 1972-2006. Now Bajaj Auto can take the Chetak scooter back into the market with the goal to capture again in the scooter market as indicated by media reports. 

 

New Chetak will be premium

New Chetak will be premium its name will be Chetak Chic. Alongside that Chetak's electric version can also launched in the Indian market. The cost of new Chetak can be around Rs. 70000.

New Bajaj Chetak will be different from the old Chetak

In the new model 125cc, air-cooled engine can be given. This engine can produce 9-10 bhp power and 9 Nm torque.

New Bajaj Chetak will have USB Charging Point, CBS Breaks, Large Fuel Tank and Oval Shaped Headlamps.

The new Bajaj Chetak will be outfitted with the variomatic gearbox contrasted with the old Chetak.
